A lady called me a month ago promoting some uchoose package that will save me money, she DID not mention that i will wake up one day and both my phones will be completely useless!!! I might as well throw them in a dustbin!
I have no bbm, no whatsapp, can't get emails. And I can't buy data like I used to. I am extremely busy, and have a very demanding job, I can not afford to run around buying airtime or being cut off from my emails and Internet or bbm.
I pay vodacom over R1800 a month, and for that amount I do not expect or appreciate limited service or usage. I am utterly disgusted and Dissapointed.
Vodacom needs to retrain the people who are doing tell sales and marketing. What I am experiencing is NOT what the lady told me, or not what I understood it to be.
I would like this escalated to the highest person in charge of your accounts/ Sales, and I would like my package to be either reverted to changed to a red via instead. I am NOT prepared to pay migration charges!
