Hi there. About a month ago a lady called me to offer me some uchoose package option. I distinctly asked her if all my current services/ subscriptions will still remain, :she said yes. Today I noticed my bbm is no longer active on my 0820401517 number. I have been a vodacom customer for many years and do not appreciate this inconvenience. Can I please have my standard contract restored as it was before, or maybe the standard L package. I do not like this restrictions that uchoose has!
