I personally do not know why these service providers have call centres to help clients, as they are not helpful at all; they refuse to help or assist with your query or even try to solve the problem. Their attitude is simple; its not their problem why should they provide a client service. If the service providers are in contract with Shoprite/Checkers to provide clients with free airtime (depending on your purchases) but cannot provide a means or even an instruction on the receipt to obtain this airtime onto your mobile phone; then why bother providing such a promotion in the first place; unless it is another to lure the already abused customer in this country. Yes I say abused; this country does not know how to provide a decent service to clients; if you were treated like I was last night; lets say in Europe; as a customer in Europe you would be in your full right to take the service provider to court just on the basis of being treated poorly, which in turn could be very costly to the service provider. The consumers in this country must stop sitting back and taking it; and start fighting back.
