I have been realising that i've recently been losing alot of airtime after i recharge. Just not sure when this actually stated but i've noticed when i checked my balance after making a call on the 3rd August 2013 that my airtime went on fast, ok thought it was probably because i was abit long and let it slide. On the 6th i recharged and after making a 3 minute call, i checked my balance and was only left with R3... c after i recharged with a R25 voucher. I phone Cellc and was told that SMSNET was the one deducting my airtime every time i recharged. I dont remember ever using their services, didnt even know about them until now. I just need them to leave my airtime alone please. R40 is alot of money for someone to just come take for nothing, i cant try to even imagine how many R40 they get a day from all the unnoticed people out there. Some of us work very hard for that money to be just taken by haks just like that. Please unsubscribe my number from your system with immediate effect and i really do expect a refund of everything you have from me because i have benefited from your services so i owe you NOTHING!
