I will NOT pay unless account explained 2years now

Telkom Telkom Telkom. You will have to do better than a second useless collection company. In almost 2 years I've tried over and over and over to get an explanation on bill and pay you but every time unsuccessful. It is simple you tell me what the charges are for I pay. You don't, I don't!!! So lets hope that it will be sorted out in the next 2 years as the last 2 was unsuccessful.
