I knew from reading other Hellopeter complaints and forums that this is a typical Cell C mistake - but genuinely thought that this would not happen to me.
I received my contract phone - Samsung Note 3 - which I love - Good one Samsung! - a week ago, after which I waited for them to RICA it.
This was done, but on a different number. I clearly stated multiple times (seeing that I heard they mess up allot around this) that I was keeping my old Cell C number.
Funnily enough, after trying to receive my OTP from my bank today regarding a payment, I did not, then I called a friend to check my number, and surprise, my number is different.
I would like you to move my Cell C contract benefits over to my original number, as stated on this complaint immediately.
