So much trouble just for a upgrade sigh

I upgraded my contract through the Call centre, then a Lady Pearl assured me that the Phone will be available in Cape Gate on the Latest Thursday. I called the Shop on Thursday and they say that the phone hasn't arrived yet. I called Pearl again and she said with her system the phone is already been delivered. Now they tell me that they have stock of the phone I want but cant give it to me because the phone is linked. They also cant tell me when the phone will be arriving, I asked for the Samsung Galaxy S4 which is a phone on High Demand and they cant use the Couriers as an excuse. They say they are using a new courier and this is basically their excuse. They cant even tell me where the phone is at the moment...
