Bad service!!

After a 5 day email interaction, it was explained that the service was not rendered according to expectations.

On the shared hosting service they provide, they provide a MS SQL database with no access (Microsoft Home Gold) to it. Instead, every time there is a change to the database, I have to create a query and send that to their support. This generally takes 24 hours.

Further more, no remote access is available to the database, and no MS SQL Express databases can be used as the User instance property is disabled on their servers.

Upon confronting them with this bad service concept, they simply did not reply for over 24 hours.
While trying to contact management, I was on hold for 35 minutes until my call finally rang in the regional managers office, no one answered. I called back to escalate the call to the national manager or any person higher up. The call rang a few times, then went through to a voice mail saying I should leave a message. After the voice mail said I should leave a message, it replied with: "No more messages can be saved, error occurred". then the call went dead.

I am cancelling all my services with them, if no feedback is received soon.
