I BOOKED MY CELLPHONE INTO THE REPAIR SHOP AS THE SCREEN WAS CRACKED. I WAS TOLD THAT THIS PROCESS WOULD TAKE 3-4WEEKS AND THAT THE INSURANCE WOULD COVER THIS.
I RECEIVED A REPAIR REFERENCE NUMBER AND I DID FOLLOW UPS ON A CONSTANT BASIS. DURING THESE FOLLOW UPS I WAS ASSURED THAT THE CELL PHONE WAS AT A BLACKBERRY REPAIR CENTRE, BEING ATTENDED TO, THAT A TECHNICIAN LOOKED INTO THIS MATTER AND ALSO THAT IT WOULD BE READY FOR COLLECTION. DEVICE WAS NEVER ATTENDED TO DUE TO A COMMENT FROM AN ILLITERATE TECHNICIAN THAT STATED THE DEVICE I SUBMITTED WAS NOT A CELL C DEVICE.
TRUTH OF THE MATTER THE PHONE WAS NEVER ATTENDED TO, I AM NOW STILL WITHOUT A CELL PHONE, IT HAS BEEN 4MNTS ALREADY AND YET THEY STILL DEDUCT MONIES FOR A DEVICE WHICH I DO NOT HAVE
TRULY DISGRACED AND HORRID AT THIS COMPANY
