Refusal to refund account due to bad software

LG D802 Opimus G2 Job No: 9572724. The phones software was faulty and was sent in for repairs. due to the faults excess billing was charged to the account (phone no: 076 458 2088). the phone has been returned in working order and when the I asked about the refunds on the account that was taken due to the fault I was informed that Vodacom will not refund. the amounts of monies used is as follows: R400, R300, R150.
I ask that you please look into this matter and advise accordingly.
