Hello. I called Telkom call centre yesterday to ask if there is a problem with their internet nationwide because my internet was slow for a few days. Not even an answer but a reboot of my modem and 5 minutes later i was without internet. I tried to explain to Patrick that when I called my internet was slow bnut now is gone. Then he even changing my password and in any case after about 30 minutes was telling me that he will send a tehnician but while i was on the phone waiting he just put me trough to another agen where i had to start again to explain. After an hour she could also not help but she logged in a fault but no one called back yet. how long must one wait for a tehnician and in this meter was not my fault or the line is that Patrick.. Also i want to know how telkom will refund me for the demage Patrick did buy killing my internet.
