For the past six weeks Telkom has been unable to repair my telephone after reporting it about a dozen times.
No technician has been to the premises and two appointments made were not kept.
The line varies between being dead or very bad crackly or cutting out in the middle of a conversation.
The telephone set is in working order as it was tested on another person's line plus another telephone was tried on my line with the same results,
All avenues within Telkom, i.e telephone, e-mails to escalation desk, etc. have drawn a negative response.
