Bad accounts

For 2 years I paid somebodies adsl line that was the time they took to pay me back no word of sorry. Last June I cannsel my service by email thy said they did not received but at that time my email was of but for 8 months they still try to get my money at the bank. Last month will I was asked about it thy try again and also this month. I am glad there were not money in the bank but who Will pay the bank costs
