Since the 28 Jan 2014 our phones have been down, we have called 5 agents already and all they say is there is a problem but they don't know what it is... The technicians they say are working on the problem - but you never receive feedback you have to call them and wait up to 15 min before someone answers then you don't get a proper answer... They don't update their feedback fault reports on the Telkom system and their customer care department does not answer their e-mails.
