The Diamond Pavilion Branch of Vodacom is sending me around 4 sms messages per day telling me that I am due for an upgrade. I specifically elected to NOT receive ANY marketing. I have phoned the branch twice to have these messages stopped and have been told that these messages (as well as the sheer volume of messages) is a directive from management.
