DISGUSTED BY CALL CENTER AGENTS LACK OF SKILLS

On 28/11/13 I applied online for a telkom mobile special (Ipad mini 16G). All paperwork was sent as requested and even received a phone call on 29/11 to confirm my application. I also received an email on the same day informing me my request is pending at that stage and an agent will still call on Mon 2/12 or Tues 3/12. No phone call came; late Tues afternoon I sent an email to Balungile to follow up and the reply she gave me was my application has been declined. I tried to call her several times to get clarity on this but SHE WAS TOO BUSY-YEP, SHE WAS AVOIDING MY CALLS because she sent another agent to tell me to phone ITC (Transunion). I did so without any hesitations; my credit record was emailed to me and guess what, MY CREDIT RECORD IS AS CLEAN AS WHITE PRINTING PAPER. Nobody at Telkom Mobile can explain why I've been denied the application. I'm really disgusted by Telkom Mobile agents' s lack of customer skills-attitude stank even worse. Telkom is a government liked enterprise and should know better about serving people of this country fairly. I'm still disgusted at the manner in which Telkom Mobile treated me without any reasonable grounds.
