For the past 3 weeks I have been having problems with my adsl line performing very slow. I have reported this on various occasions and currently have a ticket open with you. A lady called me on saturday past to say that there is an issue in my area and when I asked her the eta, she said she did not know. THis is so unprofessional. We are paying for optimal performance and just getting service. Please urgently get my line faster. It feels like i have a 384kb line instead of a 2mb line. You expect us to pay even when you dont provide the service. This is somewhat illegal.
