I cancelled all my accounts with Vodacom in August because of lack of service and non delivery. I paid everything at the time, and my last statement reflects this.
Now, 5 months later, I was presented with a notification of suspension of my services, and that "Immediate payment is required to avoid legal action.". The amount is 3, 629.95. This is clearly a mistake, and now I have to use my time to sort it out. So I phoned the call centre, and asked them to look into it. I was asked to hold, which I did. After a long time on hold someone came back with no feedback at all, but wanted to put me on hold again. I asked her to please find out what is going on, and call me back. But no-one ever called back...
Really Vodacom: What does it take to get rid of you? Stuff like this is exactly the reason I moved away from Vodacom, and now I STILL need to deal with this...
