I reported Groupon on this website a while ago about R2900 I paid towards a weekend away but couldn't book it because they were fully booked. Groupon was quick to respond and promised a refund. it is now months and several e-mails later, but still no refund. So, although they respond quickly and make all sorts of promises on this website, it is all just to let people think that they have solved the problem.
