Refund not done

I'm greatly dissaponted with FNB, after I had lodged a complaint with Hellopeter they were quick to respond but now no action has been taken, Lerato called me on Thursday, 25 April 2013 and confirmed that the matter has been resolved and the refund will be done, and i should expect my money on Friday the 26th. The refund has not yet been done and the sad part is that Pretty Nkosi sent her an email to respond to this since she can't give me her direct number.
