Firstly, I got the confirmation sms on the 27th for my line installation. I then spent the whole of the 28th at home, because it is an "all day appointment". The technician finally came to my place and installed the line on the 29th (luckily I was home) and said another technician needs to connect me to the exchange, and will do so at 1.30pm. Nothing has been done, true to their reputation, their customer support is shoddy at best.
