I reported a fault on 19 December 2013 and the fault has still not been sorted out and not from lack of trying to get a response on my part. Each technician blames the other, but still not resolve. I actually went to the depot yesterday in Greymont/Newlands and spoke to a lady there who promised that the problem will be resolved ASAP... well I spent the whole day at home today after she ascertained me someone would come round to sort my line and NOTHING! I depend on this line to run my business and I NEED this sorted out IMMEDIATELY!
