Neotel overcharges on data contract from day 1

Neotel has been overcharging me on my data contract that i have tacken out with them for the past 4 months and they are rrfusing to correct yheir mistakes.

I keep getting told that they will correct their billing mistakes and refund me for the past 4 months and i keep getting charged more and more every month.

I was told that all i would pay was R249 from day 1 and i have been charged over R400.

Ithey even took away my modem and replac3d it with a cheap replacment saying that the billing will vome right and that i would not be charged for that month and only for the remaining week because of the swop and downtime but this was all from steven goodal.

Th3n the apparent head of kzn a person named nivar tells me that i must pay charges that i was not yold about bythe agent who gave me my vontract and even after i congirm3d back with the agent he informed me that i souodnt be charged any more fees.

Neotel are ripping me off and just taking as much as they feel they want from jy bank account every month with no justification.

Pleople should be very careful about neotel. They are theiving cons.
