Recurring pathetic service

I took out a contract on the 24 September 2013 with Cellc Pavilion and was issued with a faulty handset. I booked it in as an OBF and was returned to me stating as nothing being wrong. I had to keep insisting on feedback but none was given. The handset gave me further problems and I rebooked it in as an OBF after being asked to by Niveshan the cellphone technician. Its been almost 2 weeks and he refuses to give me feedback. I have spoken to the manager who keeps saying they will get back to me but to date nothing has happened. Between the manager and Niveshen they keep giving me the run around. This is my second contract with Cellc pavilion and both times I have had the same problem so this is not an isolated incident with them. They need to stop giving me the run around and replace the phone as I will not accept the faulty handset or they must cancel my contract and return my money paid. I took out this contract a month ago and have only used it for a week due to Cellc messing me around though I am still expected to pay for something that I do not have. I am disgusted and appalled by this.

Cellc has just lost a long serving customer.
