I got a 3 month trial of ADSL on 2011. It never worked properly and I called in several times, and had technicians come out on several occasions. The technicians kept promising they were doing an upgrade and it would improve so I didn't cancel after the trial period. However, it never got better. I cancelled the contract and informed them to bill me for the telephony and telephone line rental but not for the ADSL related charges.
They completed ignored me and then handed me over to attorneys. I have contacted the attorneys several times to tell them the problem and they just ignore me and send me reminders to pay the full amount.
I'm pulling my hair out.
