ADSL and phone never worked since activation

I am still waiting after reporting my phone and ADSL both are not working since activation, for Telkom to fix this. I have been invoiced but the ADSL and my phone has never even worked and still not fixed almost a week later. I would appreciate some feedback as Kenilworth's staff are incompetent and have no after sales service.
