I've been with Tracker since 2009, using it on my Navara. I was overseas recently with family and decided to test the signal as we were not home. the response:'With regards to the recent test that you requested, kindly note that our network has not received a response from your tracking device as yet. While this does not necessarily mean that there is a fault with your unit (over-the-air testing is done using 'low priority' signals which are not as strong as an activation signal), we do need to send out a technician to your vehicle to inspect the Tracker unit.'
So it never worked? And I kept paying? Now I have to organise availability for your broken unit? Monica is not responding.
