I signed up for an uncapped MWEB account the same day the FON system was made known. A week later I sent through an email asking when I could expect delivery of the promised router. I EVENTUALLY received a reply stating 10 working days after order was placed.
Well 10 working days have passed and still nothing, yesterday I called MWEB, and was told that there is huge demand. The lady I spoke to asked my account details and said she needs to escalate this to her manger who will get back to me. Well I have still had no feedback.
I am starting to wonder if my proposed move to MWEB is worth it or whether I should just call it quits before I get to disappointed.
Also if you have delivery issues how about informing your customers, you have I am sure heard of email? It is an easy way to keep us informed...
Hoping this is not what I should expect from MWEB. Because as a new customer this is SOCKING!
