I called Telkom for the 5th time in 2 months now as I have not recieved a single account and recieve smses stating my account is in arrears even though I have an active debit order. I am now told that I am being billed for a line that Telkom failed to cancel for 6 months and this is the account they are debiting my bank account for and that my contact details were incorrect because some captured them incorrectly and I am now to be billed an additional R200 odd for reconnection. I am tired of paying for the incompetance and stupidity of Telkoms staff on a daily basis. Get your act together! The lady on the phone said to me "well theres nothing you can do about it"
