We have been experiencing a crossline for 7yrs now

We have been having a cross-line problem with Halfway House primary school in Midrand. Their number is 011 805 1919 and our number is 011 805 4919 so we do not share a number it's just a cross-line. We have reported this problem over and over for about 7 years now but still nothing changes even after Telkom has sent in their people to fix this problem.
On average, we receive about 100 calls a day whereby the parents are looking for the school. It is very frustrating because this makes our job very difficult. We get cursed on by the parents thinking it is our fault and trust me, that can ruin anyone's day!
