I have a contract with vodacom for the past 10 years, during this time whenever i took a phone be it my own or company phone for a repair the excuses is always the same, liquid damage. irrespective whats wrong the phone, does not charge, cant pick up network signal, screens you name any problem the excuse is always the same. liquid damage. if your technician is too incompentant to do anything atleast think of different excuses for different faults. will move to another service provider as soon as my current contract has run it`s course.tired of same old, same old excuses.no shame.the latest is a brand new phone which can`t detect a network. Worst of all these phones never touched any liquids. very disappointed.
