I placed a order last week monday on the 21st for my adsl line to be activated... phone yesterday to find out whats going on the lady said order been placed but cannot tell me when my line will be activated ..i mean don't you guys communicate with telkom to get a update... i am also waiting to hear when my free router being delivered... its so frustrating, i really thought it will go faster threw you guys and not telkom...
