Telkom should rather not offer any service

First off, i phone to activate my line on 25/03/2013, line was activated on 02/04/2013, i then subsequently phoned again to get ADSL activated, and this is where frustration really gets to me, after trying to give Telkom the benifit of the doudbt.

Ordered the 1mb line, with self install option, and made it clear that Im not going to use Telkom as an ISP.
Waited a week before i heard anything, had to phone myself to get an update then i hear its already been activated (10/04/2013), once more on I make it clear that i will not be using Telkom as ISP.

Recieved a sms on the wifes cellphone, stating that i need to fetch my free modem, gave them a call telling that i didnt want them as ISP, only to hear that a 5GB has already been opened, trying to cancel that is still apparently like building space rockets.

Had a stable connection with zero issues for 4 days until the 14/04/2013, where the line just went dead, I can sync, logged the call on same day, phoned twice, and still no communication what so ever, was told twice its been made urgent, and once that technical would call me back, that was yesterday, still haven't recieved as much as a call me from anyone.
