We applied for new lines on 6 December 2013, paid R 2100.00 for the new lines, now we are phoning for the last 3 weeks to find out when Telkom will install, now we are told that there is no infrastructure for new lines. This will take 3 months, otherwise they will sent us a letter to say that they can not help us. This is radicles!!! absolutely BAD SERVICE!!!
