Order gone wrong and promises broken

I initiated a new contract order on November 13 2013. It has been one disappointment after another and took two months to get my tablet which I am not happy with either. I was told that I would have uncapped broadband for R305 per month and that I had been specially selected for this special offer. I have constantly been chasing Elite Mobile from the beginning and my calls to the company must amount to a rather considerable sum. I phoned last Monday and was promised a response within two days, that was 20/01/2014. Yesterday I telephoned twice and was promised a call back after 3pm, I am still waiting. Vodacom had the gall to charge me for a month's service before my tablet had even arrived.
