I received a call from Ramona Adams at Elite Mobile / Broadband, offering me Vodacom broadband services. When I respectfully declined her offer, Ramona became super aggressive and, when I told her that I really did not want any Vodacom products, she proceeded to put the phone down in my ear. I have lodged a complaint with Elite Mobile about Ramona Adams, but have had no feedback 24 hours later. This company seems happy to project this awful image as a first impression to respective customers. I told all my family, friends and colleagues to steer clear of this company, and will carry on doing so. If this is how their "service" starts off, can you image the awful service and bad attitude that you might receive once you've signed into a contract with them? One only has to look at the bad reports for Elite Mobile on this site to understand the quality of their service...
