POOOOOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I requested that my business line be moved over a week ago. i have since not received an sms or phone call to inform me as to when the installation will take place. I have a business to run and need my landline. I called the call centre and spoke to 2 ladies, the first was extremely incompetent and sounded like she was annoyed with my query. I had to tell the second one (on another day i called) to calm down as well as she got annoyed when she got my landline number wrong when punching it in. I really need my query to be resolved as a matter of urgency and no one is giving me any answers, the last answer i received was that they will accelerate my installation to before the 31st, i am still waiting. This is pathetic service from Telkom
