ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS

I have been trying to get a response via landline, mobile and email for the past 4 days. I have a billing query that I dispute. The account is completely wrong and does not reflect my calls or data usage!
I am of the opinion that MTN is disrespectful to me since I delayed a payment.
How can a company who makes so much money experience a high call rate - it seems that I am NOT the only one complaining. If there were no complaints the lines/staff surely would be available?
