Incorrect billing. No feedback on dispute

We have three contracts through Vodacom, two cellphones and a data contract. The 14th of January we received an sms indicating unusually high usage on our data contract. This unusually high usage amounted, at that time, to a total of over R5000. I phoned them the same day trying to figure out what is going on, because in general we struggle to use the full 2 Gig we pay for. I did not get any help or solutions to the problem. I phoned the following three days as well trying to sort this out. On the 16th when I phoned I was told the the account is now suddenly R6660. In utter disbelief I went back to my computer to see exactly what usage happened on the 14th, 15th and 16th and it was email access that's all. This being the most expensive mails I ever opened I phoned again... Finally a lady assisted me in logging a dispute on the account. She also informed me that I will be phoned with in the next two following days to find out what the dispute is all about. We cancelled the contract as well because we did not get any response. Emails, phonecalls... no response. We reversed the debit order and then manually paid all accounts except for exes usage. Now our phones has been cut off.
