On the 2nd of January an unknown amount of R R5 762.94 ocured on my account under recurinring monthly fees that was new. I have contacted the call centre imidiatley and asked why is there a new item on my account? Reference no 7268086 was given. I did a refersal at the bank becouse I do not have such funds available. I have phoned 2 times afterwords to find out why and everytime the answer was the case is still under investigation. Then my phoned got blocked, but they still could not tell me what the amount was for. After 22 days they realised they made a billing mistake, but my phoned got blocke I contacted hello peter and somebody phoned on the 23 of Jan with the answer. They did not send me invoices for the first months and they did not initiated a debit order for those months. In those first months also I waited 4 months for them to port my old number to the new contract. I have send a mail to the lady at the 8ta store in that time that I have not received any invoices and no debit orders went off to inform her. That was the same time they struggled to get my number ported and I had limited use of the new contract. They mistake and I want to use my phone? What must I do?
