I've never had anything negative to say about Afrihost till now... I rely on my mobile internet bundle for my work (graphic design). Since I switched over from 8ta to Afrihost mobile data I've been quite happy until this month when I discovered that my data top up has been delayed from the 25th to " knows when" for some reason. I'm highly disappointed in Afrihost's client service and absence of telephonic assistance... as nothing has been done to resolve since, it's as if the email I sent to their support team was completely ignored. Afrihost, if you truly value your clients, you will resolve this headache... I was forced to purchase a 250mb top up just to get by!
