Hold on forever to cancel account

I have called and called to try and get Telkom to cancel my telephone line - you stay on hold for 30 min at a time and then get cut off. but if you call billing you go straight through, so i did that and spoke to a lady who put me through to the same line you have to hold on to. SHOCKING - I want to cancel my acc! be holding now for 15min now again
