CONTRACT LAPTOP FAULTY - THREE WEEKS WAITING

I upgraded my contract for a Laptop - Lenovo - recieved it without the consultant - Monique Van Tonder - even opening the goods to see if it was in working order.
i went back to the supplier and are now waiting approximately three weeks again for an exchange. Today however we were informed by Fatima Khan that she has'nt recieved the new Laptop from her head office - she promised last week Wednesday 25 September it would be three to four working days and i would get the new laptop - but alas up till now i still am waiting.
