Call logged to Telkom on 11th Sep 13 824crk110913 to date no reaction even after escalation done ref F17389.
I suppose I shouldn't be surprised by this as my ADSL line has been down for more than 30days this year already. (5 times) total credit given by Telkom = R20.62 excluding VAT. total paid on services to Telkom so far this year R40 000.00 They just don't care that they cost companies money for every day we are down.
Every single time some clown is changing something in the exchange box and my business suffers.
But if you pay the account one day late-----THEY CUT YOUR SERVICE.
The sooner ADSL leased lines are privatised the better.
Wouldn't surprise me if I got no answer after this complaint either!
Shocking Service is now the norm in this country.
