Vodacom have put an debit order on my account. Debit my account twice this month and I don't even have an account with them. No contract, internet nothing. Who gives them the right to just debit random peoples accounts. I have spoken to them but they still insist on checking my ID number... and is surprised that I don't exist on their system. I have send them a letter the first time with my bank statement and they go and do it again. Now I am responsible for the bank costs. This is...
