I realised that there is a debit order coming off my account which i'm not aware of, after checking my statement it was for the second time it has gone thru and i decided to go and enquire at my branch on how this could be happenning without my approval, all i could get there was to be told that i must keep checking my statement, not really getting answers on how can a debit order go thru without my approval, next was the company that debitted my account which is stratcol and as for them they simple refuse to take responsibility and pointed the blame to the company they said gave them my account number which until now i'm still confused whether only did it by my account number only or all my details were given to them because they could not answer whether the account number was corresponding with the rest of my details, lastly wer marketing which is company that gave my account number to stratcol, i don't know the company and never done busness with them and they still couldn't provide me with any information except to say they will investigate and call me within 48 hours which hasn't happened, my most disappointment is with my bank which can just allow someone to just debit.
