Debited my account after cancelation

I have cancelled my contract in January giving a month notice which was due end of February (end of contract). After a huge fight I had with them about cancelling this contract, they sent a confirmation email that it will end on 28 February. On the 4th of March and amount of R 291.40 was debited from my bank account. My usual debit order was R 239 pm.
It is a month later and I still have not received my money back. After almost 20 emails. I see this as steeling from me. I don't get any feedback. The girl who was "helping" me is on leave and I have sent emails to the accounts department without any feedback.
For some people R291 is nothing but for me this is alot of money and the principal of taking something from me that is not yours is bulls..t.
