I recently moved to Jhb Greenstone Hill and switched mobile network subscribers from MTN to Cell C because I've been told Cell C's cellphone reception is best in Jhb. (and I got to add I received great service from the Cell C shop that helped me transfer from MTN to Cell C) I live at Aloe Place and from the start my signal reception was extremely inconsistent. I'd have H the one moment and the next not even signal to make or receive calls. I did check Cell C's coverage map on their website and according to the map Aloe Place should be completely covered. I'm a programmer and dependent on an active internet connection to properly do my work. I've now reported this problem twice to Cell C's customer care service in the last 2 weeks and stated the urgency of the matter and still my problem hasn't been attended to. I'd really like this problem resolved soon!
