I wanted 2 cancel my 2 year contract but someone upgraded on my name and i was not aware of this... No signing of anything proof of paper work and Vodacom told me i did it online??? So i went 2 get an affidavit as Vodacom requested and still no help after almost 3 months and i have to use my airtime 2 fix the issue... Vodacom have not contacted me or done anything and i have to pay for this upgrade as a result.
