Poor service

On the 15th Jan 2014 I cancelled my contract within 7 days after the device was delivered. Ayanda Mtuzela from Telkom mobile assured me that i will get my refund within 7 working days. Today is the 27 Jan and I have not received refund and no communication from 8ta. I called their billing dept and they say I must wait for another 7 days.
